Shipping and Returns
Shipping
In the UK we use Royal Mail for all our deliveries below 2kg. Packages over 2kg are sent via DHL, Fedex or another tracked courier service. Deliveries normally take between 2-5 working days. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days in exceptional circumstances.
For international packages we use a tracked and signed service. We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days with tracking. Orders can take 1-2 working days to be processed before they are shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer Free UK shipping on orders over £50 and are due for delivery 5-7 working days after ordering.
We are able to offer free international shipping on orders above £100 (€116 | $126.) This will be a tracked & signed service and will take between 2-5 workings days, in exceptional circumstances up to 10 working days. Order processing may to 1-2 working days before they are shipped.Returns
We want you to love your Fero purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return for items in their original packaging, unused, and with tags attached. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a returns address to send the item back to us. Please use a tracked service for safe delivery. Upon receiving your return, we'll promptly process your refund to your original payment method.

*Please note that earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any justification. The item should be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you of the status of your return after we receive and inspect it. If approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
